About the Event
Roll in by bike (or foot), meet some neighbors, and help transform the Bike Library’s new outdoor space with 12 elevated raised beds, all designed for beauty and snacks.
We’ll do 30 minutes of teaching, 30 minutes of hands-on establishment, then 30 minutes of hang-out time to swap tips and enjoy the glow of establishing something together.
What you’ll learn:
How to place raised beds for sun, access, and low maintenance
How to assemble a raised bed kit (without a meltdown)
Simple soil fill strategy for strong starts (soil provided by Lucy's Soil)

Abundance of Resources
This fee is for people with expendable income. This option allows you to assist others in attending our classes by “paying it forward” for those who have less access to opportunities.

Traditional Resources
This fee is for people who have the resources they need to make ends meet and can attend our classes at full cost.

This fee is for people who are working hard to make ends meet on low wages and have less access to resources and opportunities.

This option is for people who have low access to resources. Examples include those with income below the poverty line, people living with mental and physical health concerns, and people experiencing insecurity in basic needs attainment.
